“Mosaic of Minds” is our collective response to the pervasive issues of racism and intolerance, directly aligning with the European Union’s Anti-Racism Action Plan 2020-2025. Our project seeks to dismantle barriers to unity through education, awareness, and the creation of inclusive environments.
Our Story

A Story of Empowerment Through Collaboration
Mosaic of Minds grew from a shared passion: enhancing non-formal
education through intercultural exchange.
Our journey started when board members from Orutindo and Freedom to Discover met during an academic exchange. As educators, we bonded over the challenges of formal education and the transformative power of global learning.
Orutindo champions intercultural learning between Europe and Africa.
They organize lectures, create school partnerships, and run volunteering programs in Uganda, all focused on marginalized youth and fostering real, meaningful connections.
Led by Katerina Pejoska, Freedom to Discover empowers young people across Europe. They specialize in youth events, democratic engagement, and creating inclusive spaces for disadvantaged groups — unlocking new opportunities and voices.
A Shared Vision for a More Inclusive Society
Built on mutual respect and a common dream of a more inclusive society, our partnership brings together Orutindo’s expertise in intercultural education and Freedom to Discover’s strength in youth empowerment. Together, we’re equipping youth workers with the skills to tackle big issues like migration, racism, and stereotypes — with creativity, empathy, and resilience. Our collaboration goes beyond borders, enriching youth work across Europe and beyond.
